In Loving Memory of
Coach Harold McDowell
It is with great sadness to share that our beloved Coach Harold McDowell passed away. Harold McDowell has coached football at Los Amigos for 21 years, since 1987. He was the Lobos’ defensive coordinator for the last five years, and has also been the Los Amigos Boys’ and Girls’ Track & Field coach since 2015.
Harold McDowell was a standout player at Inglewood High in Chicago and played nose guard and linebacker for the Central State University in Ohio. He led us to many victories both on the field and off. We were incredibly fortunate to have someone with such dedication and experience work with our athletes.
Coach Harold will be missed every day and every time we have a football game and track meet.
The Lobo family will always be grateful for his dedication and Coach Harold will forever be in our hearts!
