New Online Meal Application and Prepay System

Dear Parents/Guardians:

 

The Food Services Department is excited to begin the new school year with your students! The meal prices for the 2018-2019 school year are as follows:

Elementary Breakfast              $1.25                     No Charge

Elementary Lunch                      $2.00                     No Charge

Intermediate Breakfast          $1.50                     No Charge

Intermediate Lunch                  $2.50                     No Charge

High School Breakfast             $1.75                     No Charge

High School Lunch                     $3.00                      No Charge

 

New applications for free or reduced price meal benefits must be submitted annually for the current school year. Please note that your child’s current eligibility meal status expires at the end of the day on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.

The fastest and easiest way to apply is through our online application at https://family.titank12.com; however, paper applications are available in the Food Service Office at 10331 Stanford Avenue, Building B, Garden Grove, CA  92840, and at your child’s school office. Please complete and submit your application as soon as possible as it may take up to ten (10) business days to process meal applications.

Only one application per family is necessary and parents/guardians are asked to ensure that all of the required information as listed below is provided:

  • Signature (required on paper applications)
  • Date (required on paper applications)
  • Last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). If you do not have a SSN, mark the box for “No Social Security Number.”
  • Monthly income
  • Names of ALL household members, including foster children 

Paper applications may be mailed or dropped off at the school site or the Food Service Office.

An online payment system is available for all students. To prepay, go to https://family.titank12.com or to the Food Service webpage at http://gardengrove.healtheliving.net. You may view your child’s balance, transaction history, make credit card payments, and set up scheduled automatic payments online for a modest fee. Cash and checks are accepted at all school sites if you wish to handle the deposit in person.  

The Food Services staff look forward to serving healthy and nutritious meals and snacks to our students.
